Grabbed lunch with a friend and this was our first time here. We had an amazing server named Bella! She was very attentive! We both ordered soups (lentil which is vegetarian and Greek chicken noodle) and Spanakopita with Greek salad. It was absolutely delicious. We splurged and shared Baklava and it was some of the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
The food, atmosphere and service was outstanding here. A really great hidden gem. Seemed like very authentic Greek food.
I went last night on a date night and had the best meal and service I’ve ever had… our waitress Sarah was so energetic and honestly made the experience as perfect as it was. The grill salmon was the best I’ve ever had. My new favorite spot!
My go to for authentic Greek.. outstanding service & delicious foods. Large portions.
I've reviewed GS elsewhere, like on YELP. Suffice it to say you'll be pleased with the large menu; fish and meat choices, vegetarian options galore. Flavorful, moist and expansive, the food is great for southern european wines. BYOB. We like the service and family atmosphere when we stay in, and enjoy take out regularly.
In the mood for delicious Greek food, this place is perfect! We ate at the restaurant and the waitress was so warm and welcoming. Service was excellent. Our glasses were always filled with water without asking and they were very attentive. My 5 year old daughter ordered from the kids menu (limited choices) and ordered linguine and meatballs. She liked it but sauce was a little sweet and didn’t like the meatballs. However, our food was so good - see photos. We started with calamari appetizer. It was seasoned well and we loved the marinara that went with it. The tzatziki sauce was very fresh and delicious. The portions were big and we took the left over food home, reasonable priced and BOYB. We will go back for sure.
Excellent, excellent restaurant - variety, authenticity and taste are A+, and the value proposition is simply unbeatable nowadays (both food prices and it's a BYOB). We were a large group and tried a lot of dishes served family style on large platters/boards.
I'd highlight the spreads board, calamari (large, crispy yet tender), octopus (huge tenticles, very well prepared), branzino, variety of grilled meats, variety of dessert pastries(baklava) and excellent authentic Greek coffee.
Please be advised that this review is based upon only one meal. I was at first put off by the outside appearance of the building, which looked rather indeed of sprucing up the interior, however, is quite nice. No complaints about the service. My wife had the spanakopita, which was quite good. I ordered the Greek paella. I was a little disappointed that it came out more like a soup, then the type of fluffy rice I’m used to in a paella.the menu said that the rice was made with saffron I could not detect any saffron at all in the flavor of the rice. We both agreed that we would go back and try some different menu items.
